Business Innovation Award – This award was designed to recognize a business that is making great strides in development and growth through the creation or use of unique methods, products, services, or technologies. They have quantifiable growth within a new or prevailing market.
New Business of the Year Award – The New Business of the Year honours a new business that is achieving outstanding business performance in a short period of time. The winner of this category will demonstrate exceptional promise for continued growth and serves as an inspiration for other new businesses.
Young Professional of the Year Award (<40 years of age) – This award was designed to celebrate a young professional who is making an impact on their industry and within the company they are employed by. They have distinguished themselves as a future leader, exemplifying innovative thinking, team work and community engagement.
Small Business of the Year Award (< 50 employees) – The Small Business of the Year Award is presented to a business that has fewer than 50 employees and has been in business for a minimum of 5 years. The recipient of this award will go above and beyond in business and will be using innovative methods to market and build community relations.
